May 1 is Blogging Against Disablism Day. Posts will be archived here, and last year's posts are here. Around 170 bloggers have signed up, according to the organizer, so the list of posts should be impressive.
That's one of the things I still need to touch base with rb about – she has to be mostly offline this week so we haven't had a chance to talk in detail about how the comm's going to be set up. In the interim I'm going to exercise maintainer's privilege and say, yes absolutely, please do participate, and welcome!
And I never got my BADD post finished - was in hospital on May 1 and been sick before and since.
Will post on http://bedbound.org/ when I finish it anyway, but sad it won't be included in BADD now as its so late :( Sorta ironic, late because of disability! Started writing it 4 weeks early.
