This may sound dumb, but it never occurred to me to plan things around my bad weeks instead of my good weeks. I mean, this may actually be one of those epiphany moments. :-) My brain says things like, "Well, if I'm feeling up to it, I can do this and this and this..." and maybe what I need to say is, "Even if I'm having a rough week, I can do this. Anything else will have to wait, and we'll see."
